The modular Ghost UAS is an autonomous, single rotor, long endurance, high speed, US-made drone. It combines point-and-click autonomous operation with the power and endurance of a helicopter. Ghost brings Group 2 capabilities to a Group 1 airframe that collapses to fit in a backpack.
ZERO PILOTS NEEDED
The Ghost UAS is completely point-and-click autonomous from the Lattice web or mobile App. No joysticks or flight training needed.
Moreover, multiple Ghosts can be controlled from a single app by one operator. This enables large-scale operations, like patrolling entire sectors or quickly mapping unknown terrain.
MODULAR RAIL SYSTEM
The Ghost UAS is designed with maximum flexibility in mind. The rail system under the drone features a standard Arca interface, allowing battery packs, payload delivery mechanisms, and additional sensors to be installed in seconds.
Because Ghost’s helicopter lift capability is so efficient and the autonomous flight performance is so stable, heavy payloads and high winds cause little disturbance, allowing for a wide variety of payload options. All in the field.
The Ghost UAS’s custom single rotor design is vastly quieter than both quadcopters and passenger helicopters. Ghost is barely audible at short standoff distance allowing for new observation tactics.
