Anduril’s core technology focuses on autonomy, artificial intelligence, and their application at the front lines of operations. Anduril designs, manufactures, and deploys integrated hardware/software systems to advance critical missions.
We focus on applying our technology to defense, law enforcement and the security of critical infrastructure.
For generations, America’s best companies and brightest minds worked together to defend the country, protect our people, and spread peace and prosperity across the globe. America won the space race and created the internet by mobilizing the best talent regardless of their politics. What now seems inevitable in retrospect was anything but; it was the result of relentless commitment to a shared mission – private ingenuity serving a public purpose.
Other technology companies may view this as one of many priorities; Anduril is unique because it’s our only priority.
Governments and companies across the globe understand the importance of leading in this area. Look no further than statements by Chinese and Russian leaders to see their focus on technological dominance. They are devoting massive resources to win this battle for the future, and also recruiting the best tech talent available to this cause.
We must, and will, do the same.
Anduril aims to rebuild the bridge between the tech and defense communities. We attract top engineering talent from all across the country that is not content with solving problems of convenience or entertainment, but wants to confront the toughest challenges facing our country.
We are privately funded and product driven. This means we lead with the product – not with sales, and not with bureaucracy. Historically, defense technology has been purchased before it’s developed, with high-cost contracts paid out regardless of whether and when the product works. Instead, we sell our technology when it’s ready, and we only get paid when we deliver a working product.
This gives us a strong and urgent incentive to innovate, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
